Chef Chad is teaming up with Steve Garcell, butcher and owner of Coppa Butchery in Liberty Lake, WA for an epic dry aged salmon dinner featuring Ora King Salmon. Enjoy an exclusive multiple course meal featuring a Ora King Salmon that has been dry aged for 45 days by Steve. Chef Chad will be preparing and hosting this in his own home. That’s right, you read correctly you’re coming to Chef White’s house for an intimate dinner filled with tasty treats and wild stories. Libations will mixed masterfully by Bar Chef Dominic Rage. Although beverages will be provided feel free to bring your own beverages to share.
